1. Agreement
By using morph-ix.world (the "Service"), operated by the Morphix Team, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What we provide
Morphix is a free web-based tool that lets you convert image, audio, video, and document files between formats. All processing happens inside your browser; we do not receive your files. There is no account, no subscription, and no payment required to use the converter.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material, content that infringes copyright, or material that incites violence.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in a way that disrupts other users.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with hosting infrastructure.
- Misrepresent the origin of converted files or use them to deceive third parties.
You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to do so.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the files you convert. Morphix claims no ownership over user content. The Service itself, including its name, design, and underlying code, remains the property of the Morphix Team and its contributors. Open-source dependencies (ffmpeg.wasm, etc.) remain subject to their own licences.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
The Service is funded partly by advertising (Google AdSense) and partly by affiliate links to third-party products such as NordVPN. Affiliate links are clearly labelled. Clicking them and making a purchase may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that conversions will be lossless, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free from errors.
Always keep a backup of important files before converting them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Morphix Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total cumulative liability for any direct damages is capped at zero euros.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice. We may also suspend the Service entirely if it is no longer sustainable to run.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts in the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
